Terms and Conditions

1. Business Details

These terms apply to all quotes, electrical installation works, condition reports (EICRs), and services provided by Worcester Electrical Solutions Ltd (registered address: Newtown Road, Worcester, Worcestershire, WR5 1JF).

2. Quotations and Pricing

All prices quoted on our website, in promotional materials, or provided verbally or in writing are plus VAT at the prevailing rate.

For consumer unit upgrades and general electrical work, a fixed price is confirmed in writing before any work starts. For EICRs, the fixed price based on property size is agreed when booking. Any additional work or remedial requirements discovered during pre-work testing or inspection are explained in detail and quoted before proceeding.

3. Workmanship Guarantee

All workmanship carried out by Worcester Electrical Solutions Ltd carries a 1 year guarantee. Manufacturer warranties on consumer units, protective devices, EV chargers, and fittings apply alongside our workmanship guarantee.

4. Standards and Certification

All electrical work is performed to BS 7671 standards by NICEIC Domestic Installer registered electricians (Registration D613038). Relevant Electrical Installation Certificates (EIC), Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificates (MEIWC), or Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) will be issued upon completion and receipt of payment. Where work falls under Part P of the Building Regulations, notification will be submitted via NICEIC.

5. Bookings and Emergency Call-Outs

Same day call-outs are provided for genuine emergencies only, such as a complete loss of power or burning smells from the fuse box. All other scheduled installation, upgrades, and testing works are booked in advance at a time that suits the customer.
